This first thematic report prepared by Creative Skills Europe, the European Sector Skills Council for the Audiovisual (AV) and Live Performance (LP) sectors, looks at presenting the sectors’ employment situation in different EU countries. It is a first attempt to develop shared labour market intelligence for sector-specific skills strategies in Europe.
The report highlights trends coming out of statistics and qualitative analyses collected in 8 EU countries (Belgium, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain and the United Kingdom).
The draft report has been be discussed and completed at Creative Skills Europe’s meeting in Tallinn, Estonia, in April 2015.
It has now been incorporated into Creative Skills Europe’s final publication available here: Trends and skills in the European audiovisual and live performance sectors.
