It has taken just a few years for digitisation to deeply modify the production processes of the audiovisual industry. This has had a great impact on many occupations. To cope with these changes, in 2010 France created a platform for the technical industries. It proposes responses to employees and employers on how to adapt to the new needs of their affected professions. It is piloted by the French National Joint Commission on Employment and Training of the Audiovisual Sector (CPNEF AV).
