The seminar pursued two objectives:

– On day 1 a capacity-building session with a focus on Central and Eastern Europe aimed at a transfer of experience between national partners on their capacity to diagnose skills needs and implement skills initiatives in the audiovisual and live performance sectors.

– On day 2 the European Skills Council on Employment and Training in the Audiovisual and Live Performance sectors invited participants to look at, comment and contribute to its latest report.

Different themes have been discussed during the day such as the skills needs linked to digital and technological developments, the increasing and transversal need of new business skills, the management of less and less linear careers, etc.
