Creative Skills Europe’s second thematic report looks at the key drivers of change in the operating environments of the audiovisual and live performance sectors and their consequences on the skills needed in the sectors’ workforce.
Based on existing qualitative analyses produced by national and European stakeholders, the study highlights the main trends affecting the audiovisual and live performance sectors across EU borders and beyond. It illustrates the impact of those trends on a number of occupations (journalists, technicians, administrators, managers, etc.).
The draft report has been be discussed and completed at Creative Skills Europe’s meeting in Prague, Czech Republic, in January 2016.
It has now been incorporated into Creative Skills Europe’s final publication available here: Trends and skills in the European audiovisual and live performance sectors.
