As Natural Language Processing has matured there will be more and more tools available to create synthetic voices. With the right tool the quality of the voice can be surprisingly good. You can play around with blank spaces and dots to add intonations. You can also use those tools to practice your own speeches and listen to them. Or use it to read any text out loud.
